Your Uploaded Images and Personalization

Our configurator lets you personalize products by uploading your own images and designs. We know these can be personal, and we treat them with care.

• We use your uploads for one purpose only: to produce the personalized item you ordered, and to check its quality before it ships.
• We never use your images for marketing or advertising, and we never sell them or share them publicly. We will not post your designs anywhere without asking you first.
• Your uploads are stored securely through a trusted third-party media hosting provider that processes them on our behalf, under agreements requiring them to protect your data and use it only to deliver our Services.
• Access is limited to what is strictly necessary to fulfil and quality-check your order.
• We do not keep them forever. We retain uploaded images only for as long as needed to produce your order and handle any support, return, or reprint that may follow. After that period, they are deleted.
• You stay in control. You can ask us to access or delete images you have uploaded at any time by emailing team@velvetshieldz.com.

While we take reasonable steps to protect everything you send us, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid uploading images that contain sensitive personal information you would not want to share.

Velvet Shieldz operates from Albania and serves customers across the European Union and beyond. Some of the partners who help us run the Services are based outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area.
