Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipment within one to three business days, including personalized and engraved cases. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods
We offer delivery options that vary by destination, including standard and express shipping. The methods available to you appear at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by region and by the shipping option chosen. Factors outside our control — weather, customs processing, or carrier delays — may extend delivery. Tracking details are provided with every order once it has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee changes.
Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
For orders shipped into the European Union, local import VAT and any applicable customs fees may be charged by the carrier at the time of delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. If you are unsure what may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
