How to Start a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within fourteen days of your delivery date at team@velvetshieldz.com.

Include your full name and order number in your message, and our team will send you return instructions.

Once your return arrives at our facility and has been inspected, your refund is issued within five business days.

Please note: shipping fees and return costs are not refundable, and personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

To keep the process smooth, please review the following before sending anything back:

• Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
• Your order number must be included inside the return shipment.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns or exchanges.
• Returns are accepted only within fourteen days of the delivery date.
• You are responsible for ensuring the returned item reaches us. We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service. If a return does not arrive, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
• If only part of an order is returned, any promotion applied to the original order may no longer qualify, and the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at team@velvetshieldz.com within three business days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue, so we can make it right.

Duties, Taxes and Import Fees on Returns

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees involved in sending a return to us. These are set by customs authorities and are not covered by VelvetShieldz. Any charges deducted by customs or carriers during a return will not be refunded.
