Worldwide shipping.
We ship to most countries. Once your order is confirmed, processing typically takes 1-3 working days. Standard delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 4–8 working days
- North America: 6–12 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 working days
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. During major sales periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if anything affects your order.
Tracking.
Every order is shipped with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment your package leaves our workshop. You can follow it from dispatch to your door.
Customs and duties.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every shipment accurately to keep this process as smooth as possible.
14-day returns.
If your case isn't right, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. The case must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging. Personalized cases are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Defects and quality issues.
Every case is inspected by hand before it ships. If something does slip through, contact us at team@velvetshieldz.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — replacement, repair, or full refund.

What materials are the cases made of?
Every case is wrapped in premium Italian suede, the same class of material you'll find lining the interiors of luxury sports cars. Soft to the touch, durable in the hand, and it ages beautifully instead of wearing out.
Can i customize my case? Like adding something personal to it?
Yes! That's our favorite part. Our live configurator lets you add your own text in multiple fonts, or upload an image, and see exactly how it looks on the case in real time before you order. Initials, a name, a date, artwork — make it yours.
Are Velvet Shieldz cases MagSafe-compatible?
Yes. Every case has a built-in magnet array, so MagSafe chargers, wallets and accessories snap on exactly like they would on a bare iPhone.
